Financial Responsibilities of Patients
Mental Health Assessment/First Session - $125 Individual psychotherapy session - $100 Group psychotherapy - $35
Sliding Fee Scale based on household monthly income: please contact the office for this scale. Sliding fee scale created by individual providers,
* if you have multiple family members who are actively in counseling - a more reduced rate will be given to those additional - in household family members
We accept most major insurance plans and managed care plans including Caresource, Molina, Paramount and Buckeye Health (Cenpatico). Contact your insurance company to inquire about your specific behavioral health benefits.
There are times when we may have a counseling student intern under the supervision of Christy Danzuso or Kyle Kershner and sessions can be booked at a much reduced rate.
