Philosophy of Counseling
Making the decision to seek counseling is not an easy one. It takes courage to come in a time of need and be vulnerable in order for change to happen in life. I am honored to be a part of people's journey toward positive change, helping them to come to new realizations and assist them in growth towards wholeness and personal goals. Each person and situation is unique, and I will use interventions to assist each client individually.
