Thank you for inquiring about my counseling services.
Counseling is about helping an individual, couple, or family make positive changes in their lives, or the understanding of actions that have occurred. Counseling provides a means to address grief, addictions, family issues, anxiety, depressive disorders or life events that may impact one’s emotional well-being.
As a professional counselor you can expect, respectful and evidence-based counseling for individuals that are seeking to make a change in their lives. Regardless of your background, personal belief system, religious background or marital status you will be counseled without judgment.
I work with all age groups starting with children at the age of 4. I conduct both individual and group counseling sessions. I especially enjoy working with adolescents as this is such a formidable time in their lives often full of questions and conflicts.
