Philosophy of Counseling

Life can hit hard. In a world filled with broken hearts, tainted pasts, strained relationships, and overwhelming emotions, it's easy to believe our circumstances will   never change. My goal as a counselor is to show you, no matter what you are going through, all is not lost. There is hope and healing on the other side of your journey—you just need the tools to get there.
I am passionate about helping my clients heal from past trauma, cope with grief, work through depression and anxiety, and battle any other issues life may throw their way. As a Christian, I love incorporating Biblical principles into session and understand God created each person who comes into my office with immeasurable value. Through learning to control the things we can control, developing new skills, and committing to our mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, we can walk toward a brighter future.
Ultimately, my mission is to show you that though there are certainly dark times in our lives, there is also a      beacon of light. I would love to walk alongside you on your journey as you find holistic healing, unwavering hope, and a life filled with joy and laughter.
