Options of Phone or TeleMental Health Counseling
Our therapists are working hard to stay safe in this time as well as honor our community and the emotional toll our community is in with the spread of COVID-19.
NO FACE TO FACE (IN OFFICE) SESSIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
Two options for counseling services:
1: Phone - your therapist will call you close to your schedule time and counseling will be over your phone. Keep in mind if your therapist is working remotely your phone may say Unknown Caller.
2: TeleMental Health Counseling - your therapist will be able to counsel you through a home computer (phones are able to be used, but much more limited due to the size, but usable)
You will need to go to one of the following websites based on who your counselor is which will take you to their virtual waiting room. (see below)
There you will wait until your counselor clicks on your name and begins your tele session.
If you are having problems accessing this tool, please call the office and Debbie will try to work through the issues. You will need a microphone and camera to use TeleMental Health - smart phones and laptop usually have both, not all decktops do.
Those using phones please make sure camera and microphone are not blocked prior to session. Found in setting - to allow access for camera and microphone.
